Your company has recently finished building a hardwood conservatory for us. I wanted to write to say how delighted we are with the standard of the finished product but also how professional and courteous everyone connected with the project has been.

I work from home so was here throughout the build. The base team we had were 'Peter and Dave' - who never seemed to stop working even to eat! They really were fantastic and I wanted you to know how impressed we were with them. Everything was tidy at the end of the day and even our neighbours commented that you wouldn't know anyone was working here - they were so quiet and tidy.

The installation team was 'Steve and Billy' - and again, they were efficient and quiet and the roofing work they did to connect the conservatory into the house is a work of art in itself.

I thought it important to pass on these comments about your teams as I'm sure it's always nice to hear positive things' about the people representing your company.
